Datacentreplus has been serving customers since its foundation in 2015, offering colocation, dedicated servers and other cloud services. It has a strong customer base and continues to grow rapidly whilst developing an enviable reputation for customer service. We are a strong believer in ethical business and play an active role in our local and surrounding community.
As well as providing excellent customer service and putting our customers at the forefront of our minds, the community plays a vital role in the mind of Datacentreplus. We proactively work with local charities in and around the Greater Manchester area, supporting those less fortunate than ourselves and educating the younger generation.
Datacentreplus are proud sponsor of Forever Manchester, a charity which raises money to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester. Projects undertaken with Forever Manchester have included Caketober, a month-long celebration of cakes and fancy dress, where a selection of cakes and coffee were available for our neighbours and local businesses who were invited to share the celebration with us to raise funds for Forever Manchester.
Datacentreplus also supports the Mancunian Way, who are community engagement specialists and specialise in street based engagement. Over the past few months Datacentreplus has supported the Mancunian Way in technical work and have assisted with their IT needs. More Recently, Datacentreplus were delighted to support the Mancunian Way Charity Ball, which took place at the Hilton Hotel in Deansgate. Datacentreplus were proud to be in attendance and celebrate the hard work and effort by everyone at the Mancunian Way.
Further to our partnerships with local charities, Datacentreplus also fulfils an educational duty, visiting local primary schools to discuss the importance of technology. Managing Director, Mashukul Hoque recently visited his old primary school where he discussed how he had the vision to venture into IT when computing was just as its beginnings, how he developed his own successful IT businesses and finally discussed employment in the digital sector in 2017.
Rachel Waters, Communications Manager at Datacentreplus, says:
“The Manchester business community has been great to us and we strongly believe that we should give back to the community by supporting and raising awareness of the great work being done by others.”
Datacentreplus continues to work with local businesses in and around the Greater Manchester area, including partnerships with businesses Lancashare and Mancheshare. We look forward to continuing to work with our partners, charities and customers in the New Year.
