With Christmas and the new year on the horizon, the team at Datacentreplus would like to reflect on the year and discuss our plans for 2023.
Firstly, we would like to thank all our customers for being with us at Datacentreplus during a somewhat challenging year. From the extreme heatwave of the summer to the continuing supply chain and energy cost issues.
As always, the technical support team in our data centre have provided top-quality support and adapted to any situation. As an example, during the summer heatwave, when many data centres across the country were experiencing issues due to overheating. Our engineers managed to keep things cool and under control avoiding any complications for our customers.
The rest of the DCP team continues to play a big role in growing our brand. This involves ensuring our customers are looked after when they have queries or just simply need some advice. This year, we have launched a new website, invested in infrastructure and improved and streamlined many of our processes. This was to ensure our customers have the best quality service possible. We will continue to always improve our service and have many initiatives in the pipeline. One example is our aim towards reducing our carbon footprint.
Like many of our customers, we are also having to deal with the current cost of living crisis. In particular energy and component costs. We are committed to keeping our costs as low as possible for customers and supporting them in the best way we can. We always encourage our customers to communicate with us at the earliest stage possible to ensure we can help them to resolve any issues they may have.
Our Managing Director Mashukul Hoque would like to say a few words about the year and the plans for Datacentreplus going forward:
“Without our amazing clients, Datacentreplus wouldn’t exist, so we would like to thank you for working with us and entrusting us with your hosting solutions. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you and providing the best possible service now and in the future.”
Lastly, our head office will close at 12 pm on Friday 23rd December. This will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January for sales and accounts queries. This does NOT affect technical support, who will be contactable as normal.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch by giving us a call at 0161 464 6101 or heading to our site.
We would like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to working with you in 2023!
