Technical Support: How to contact us over Christmas
We understand how busy the Christmas season can be and that for most it’s one of the busiest times of the year. That being said, we want to ensure you are equipped with the correct information which will enable you to speak with the right person to help you with your enquiry as soon as possible.
As always, our dedicated support team will still be on hand throughout the Christmas period and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Below we have outlined a list of contact information that will be useful for you should you need to contact any of the team, but we hope you’ll be taking a well-earned break too!
Technical Support
To contact our technical support team please email support@datacentreplus.co.uk. This information will come into our helpdesk system and all available engineers will have visibility of this. In the event you feel submitting a ticket is too long, such as an emergency, you can also contact us on 0161 464 6101 and select the Support option. This will enable you to speak directly with one of our on-site engineers.
Sales Queries
For any sales enquiries please contact sales@datacentreplus.co.uk. Our sales department will be able to help you with any questions or queries you may have regarding any of our services.
Billing Enquiries
Our accounts department are available at accounts@datacentreplus.co.uk. Please be aware that over the Christmas period, response to billing enquiries will be limited until the New Year when our offices reopen in January 2021.
